WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?
If you provided a valid e-mail address during the purchase process, you will receive an e-mail message shortly after you make a purchase confirming your online order, shipment method, and the total amount to be charged to your credit card. Please note that we authorize the amount of the order when you place the order to validate your credit card, your credit card is charged within 3 days of placing the order. In the event that the product availability changes after the credit card has been charged, you will receive a refund in full for the unavailable product.

Indiefit does not offer a catalog. All of our styles can be viewed and ordered on our website.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS RUN TRUE TO SIZE?
Each dress is made differently so it is best to check the size chart on the dress page that you are looking at for accurate sizing information.
HOW DO I TELL IF A DRESS IS AVAILABLE?
Unfortunately availability changes by the minute and we are unable to know availability on your dress until you place an order. Once your order is placed, we will either pull your dress from our inventory or a indiefit employee will call the designer directly to order your dress. We will contact you ASAP to let you know when we can have this dress for you.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE SIZE ?
The size chart is located on the page of the item you are looking at right above the size drop down menu. Click on the buttons labeled "size guide" and the desired chart will pop up.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Most of the time, the dress you select will ship within 2-4 business day (in stock / not including weekends) and will arrive according to your shipping selection. However, there are some exceptions. Please read the
Shipping Info to learn more.
WHAT IF MY BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESSES ARE DIFFERENT?
If you have entered a billing address that does not match your credit card or a different billing and shipping address your order will go through our fraud prevention department and this will cause a delay with your order being processed.

Important Notes
• Postal deliveries: If you haven't received your package based on the above estimates, please feel free to
contact us here.
We will provide a delivery deadline and then offer a solution.
• Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 15-30 days for Brazil and 10-15 days for all other destinations in Latin America.
• All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
• Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
• It can take a few days following order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
• indiefit ships all packages from our warehouse and distribution center.
• indiefit may have to verify payment and order details before processing your order.
We kindly advise our customers to reply us as soon as possible to ensure a fast and smooth process.

WHAT IS ITEM PROCESSING TIME?
After the receiving of your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time approximately 4 business days; however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take up to 5-10 business days to process.

- Returns&Exchanges
You ask, we listen! Thanks for the feedback you sent to us and we now accept returns for refund! It's important to us that you love your purchase and we are more than happy to exceed your expectations. WE OFFER RETURNS FOR REFUND ON MOST ITEMS*.
PLEASE NOTE
You must request a return authorization number from us within 30 days after receiving your order. It can take 5-10 business days to process your refund once we receive your return.
If the exchange items are needed urgently due to an upcoming event, be sure to let us know and we will provide you with alternative options!
Returnable conditions: Keep items in a good condition, unwashed and undamaged. All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Any return or exchange will be only valid when it is accepted by our customer service center. Any item is returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and no credit of any kind will be issued.
RUFUNDS
We offer refunds on all products unless the product is marked Final Sale or Special Order. All returns for refunds are subject to a 10% stocking fee. Restocking fees are deducted from your final refund amount. Please keep in mind you are responsible for the return shipping cost. In the event your package is damaged during shipping, let us know right away so we can file a claim with the carrier. We will either ship you a replacement or issue a refund after the claim is granted.
- Return Policy (custom made dresses)
Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check to make sure that the dress that we made meets your requirement. Try your dress on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.
1) All our dresses are tailored by experienced professionals and hand-made accordingly. Each dress goes through quality-inspection four times before being shipped out to minimize such problems from arising. Because each dress is hand-made, there will be at most a 5% difference between the product picture and the product you receive.
2) indiefit accepts a partial or complete refund for the item that has problem due to our carelessness. That means we cannot warrant a refund if the problem of the item is not caused by indiefit.
Specific Policies for Our Items
Color
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on indiefit. Slight color mismatches between the color of your dress and the color shown on screen may not mean that the dress is defective or mis-shipped. And the pictures in the page are only for reference, the color can not be 100% the same, we can only assure 90% similarity with the models. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please provide the photos as a proof and contact us to ask for a full refund or dress exchange.
Size
As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and customized, the finished gown may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will fit you perfectly, our tailors have reserved additional fabric in the seams to allow minor modifications.
1) Size Deviation
If your dress size differs from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 100% of the product price in tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor. Copy of the receipt must be provided when requesting reimbursement.
2) Dress is the size you ordered but does not fit
Please understand that dresses that do not fit properly but in accordance with the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. You can go to a local tailor or a professional seamstress to have the dress re-sized at your own cost: Please note that if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, re-sizing may not be possible.
Return not accepted if:

Washed or worn items, or items that have been damaged by your usage.

Items lacking original labels, price tags and packaging.

Items lacking accessories that were sold together with the original product.

Gift with purchase that do not have quality issues.

Merchandise that exceeded the returns timeframe.
- No returns and no exchanges for personalized items.
- No returns and no exchanges for perishables, earrings (including jewelry sets containing earrings), and personal care items (including bra, etc) due to hygienic reasons.
Time Frame
Products with quality-related issues may be returned for a refund by contacting us within 7 days after receiving your order.
Please understand us, all of our dresses are high quality handmade, and have no dresses in store. So if you return the dress, it would be useless, and can never be sold again.
Order Cancellation
We understand that it is a very important undertaking to order a dress for your special occasion, and our cancellation policy was formulated with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order. Once the tailoring process has begun, the materials cannot be reused. Please be informed that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. For details, please refer to our cancellation policy below.
